Raubergshytta was built in 1949, on the exterior in natural stone. An extension was built in 1993, and at the same time the cabin was refurnished. The cabin is located very nicely in a beautiful terrain with possibilities for daytrips in all directions.
Marked trails from Geitådalen in the east, Vangshaugen in the north-east, Grøvudalshytta in the south-east, Aursjøhytta in the south-west and the Norwegian Trekking Association's cabin Reinvassbu in the west. During the summer, Raubergshytta is available by car road by Grønnvollsteinen (2-3 h). Exit from the Aursjø road after Osbu (sign).
Total amount of beds: 21 - 18 in bedrooms and 3 extra in the living room. The cabin is self-serviced and open all year.
